Children's Party Bookings

Current prices valid for parties taking place up to and including 31 May 2022

We are now accepting children's party bookings for BCA Members only.


New Members:

The BCA Members Price applies to those who have been an active Member of BCA for a a minimum of 3 months prior to booking.
We are able to accept Party Bookings from new members (living within our catchment area) but the non-member price will apply until you have been a member for 3 months. Membership Enquiries Click Here

We can currently accomodate parties for a maximum of 30 children.

Children's Party Bookings

We offer Fully Catered Parties with a Party Host, the option of Bouncy Castle & Soft Play Hire, and a PA System for your own music too.

Your Party Host will greet you and your guests, ensure your party runs smoothly, and help clean up at the end.

We will have staff on site to run our cafe during each party, offering a range of hot & cold drinks and a range of snacks for your Adult guests to purchase on the day. Alternatively you can add on Adult drinks and Adult Food Platters to your booking. Our Staff will also prepare and serve your Party Food and clear everything away at the end.

Our children's party time slots are:

Saturday's: 12.30pm - 2.30pm

Sunday's: 12.30pm - 2.30pm

We have 2 of our own Bouncy Castle's and Soft Play equipment available to add on to your party package. We are unable to accept external Bouncy Castle Companies.

If you have arranged your own entertainment, access is available from half an hour before your party time to allow for any set-up time required. (Access from 12pm for a 12.30pm Party).

Any additional time is subject to availability and payable in advance.

Silver Party Package

BCA Members Exclusive Price: £200 | Non Members: £250 (Prices valid for bookings taking place upto 31 May 2022)

Includes:

  • Your Party Host to greet you and your guests, ensure your party runs smoothly, and help clean up at the end

  • Exclusive use of our full venue for 2 hours (The Tap Room and Outside Grounds for your entertainment, and our dedicated cafe area for the children to eat)

  • Food for up to 20 children (a selection of sandwiches, sausage rolls/mini sausages, crisps and vegetable sticks followed by ice-cream or a fruit ice lolly*)

  • Unlimited Juice for the children.

  • Staff on site to run our cafe, serving refreshments (either for Adult guests to purchase or included as part of your add-on's), serving food and drinks to the children, and clearing everything away.

30 Children: BCA Members Exclusive Price £270 | Non Members (£320)

*Other food options are available but may be subject to additional charges. Please contact us to discuss your options to come up with your bespoke package.

Gold Party Package

BCA Members Exclusive Price: £300 | Non Members: £350 (Prices valid for bookings taking place upto 31 May 2022)

Includes:

  • Your Party Host to greet you and your guests, ensure your party runs smoothly, and help clean up at the end

  • Exclusive use of our full venue for 2 hours
    (The Tap Room and Outside Grounds for your entertainment, and our dedicated cafe area for the children to eat)
    (Access available up    to half an hour before and half an hour after the party times)

  • Bouncy Castle (suitable for indoor/outdoor use)

  • PA System for Music (just connect your phone/tablet/laptop)

  • Food for up to 20 children (a selection of sandwiches, sausage rolls/mini sausages, crisps and vegetable sticks followed by ice-cream or a fruit ice lolly)

  • Unlimited Juice for the children.

  • Staff on site to run our cafe, serving refreshments (either for Adult guests to purchase or included as part of your add-on's), serving food and drinks to the children, and clearing everything away.

  • Unlimited Tea & Coffee for Adults (Alternative drinks and snacks will be available to purchase from our cafe)

30 Children: BCA Members Exclusive Price £370 | Non Members (£420)

Optional Add On's

The following optional add-on's can be added onto any of our packages if they are not already included.

Catering Add On's:

  • Kids Party Food - from £6 per child

  • Tea & Coffee - £20 (unlimited free refills) (Parties with upto 20 Children) / £30 (Parties with 21-30 Children)

  • Adult Food Platters - Prices from £10


Entertainment Add On's:

  • PA System (just connect your phone/laptop and play your own music) - £20

  • Carnival Bouncy Castle with Slide - £80

  • Farmyard Tots Bouncy Castle with Slide (Under 5s Only) - £70

  • Soft Play Equipment including ball pool (Under 5s Only) - £60


Extra Time:

  • Subject to availability. £40 per hour.

  • We are unable to accommodate evening party bookings.
