Cancellation Policy

All bookings are subject to  our cancellations policy.

All requests for cancellations should be made in writing via email to us at BrackenwoodCA@gmail.com and acknowledged by us.

28 days or more notice = Full Refund

14-27 days notice = 50% Refund

0 - 13 days notice = No Refund

Kitchen

Our Kitchen is not available for hire, and access to the kitchen is not permitted due to our on-site cafe.  

We can however arrange catering and/or refreshments for you, please contact us to discuss your requirements.

Tables & Chairs

You have use of the tables and chairs belonging to the charity.  

Chairs:  Tap Room-  50 Chairs  |  Lounge - 40 Chairs

Tables:  Tap Room -  11 x 6ft Tables  |  Lounge - 10 x 4ft Tables

If you require help setting up your room, please notify us in advance.

All care must be taken and any breakages reported to the charity immediately.
