We’re excited to let you know that we’re moving to a new class booking system, Class Manager, to make booking, payments, and communication simpler and more efficient for everyone.
We’ve already created your account, so getting started is quick and easy.
What you need to do
Register on our Class Manager Portal

You will shortly receive an email inviting you to set up your Direct Debit.
· Click the link in the email
· Enter your bank details
· Confirm the setup
This is really important and needs to be completed as soon as possible.
Please note:
· No payment will be taken at this stage
· This simply sets up the Direct Debit so we can collect payments automatically
· You will always be notified in advance before any payments are taken

· Go to Students > Select Student name
· Please check and update photo & video consent, as well as any allergies or medical information
Once your Direct Debit is set up, we will enrol you/your child into the correct class.
Classes are booked on a full term basis, rather than pay-as-you-go.
This helps us plan ahead, keep classes running smoothly, and make sure we have the right staffing and resources in place. It also encourages consistency and commitment, and knowing numbers in advance helps us keep class prices as low as possible for everyone.
Dates: 1 April – 31 July (excluding school holidays)
Total duration: 13 weeks
Total cost: £65
To make things easier, this will be split into 4 instalments and collected automatically via Direct Debit:
· £16.50 on 1 April
· £16.50 on 1 May
· £16.50 on 1 June
· £16.50 on 1 July
If any of these dates cause an issue, please let us know — we’ll always do our best to help
Your place will automatically continue into the next term starting 1 September 2026, unless you let us know otherwise.

We’re excited to let you know that we’ll soon be moving from TicketSource to Class Manager as our new class booking system.
After reviewing how we manage registrations, payments, attendance, and communication, we’ve decided that Class Manager will give us much better functionality behind the scenes and a smoother experience for you. This change will help us:
Simplify the booking process
Improve payment management and tracking
Communicate more efficiently about classes and updates
Better manage waiting lists and attendance
What this means for you:
From 1 April 2026 all future bookings will be made through Class Manager (some classes may migrate across sooner but we will keep you updated with exact timelines).
All current members will shortly receive an email with instructions on how to set up your Account and how to book.
Any existing bookings with us will be honoured as normal.
We’re confident this move will make things easier and more streamlined for everyone. If you have any questions during the transition, please don’t hesitate to get in touch.
