• What group/activity/class are you interested in holding at the community centre? 

• What is the name of your Business/Group/Activity 

• Please state whether you are a ... Corporate Business/Franchise  |  Small Local Business  |  Not for Profit Organisation

• How much do you charge per person per session? (We ask that all activities are affordable for our local community) 

• Are you willing to offer a discount to our Members? (a Typical discount is 10% of the class fee and in exchange we offer a 10% discount on our weekly hire rate) 

• What days and times are you looking at for your group/class/activity? 

• How many attendees are you expecting per session? 

• Any other relevant information

and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

For all regular and one off venue bookings, it is important that you book the exact time you need

Please ensure you take into account all time needed before hand to set up the room, for your guests to arrive, sign in, take payments etc, as well as all time needed at the end for any clearing away.  This allows us to plan our bookings efficiently and prevents groups running over into each other.
