Party Bookings

At present we are only able to take bookings from BCA Members only.

Our Room Only option includes a member of staff onsite with our Cafe open serving refreshments for your guests.

We also offer fully catered parties, and have 2 of our Bouncy Castles and Soft Play available for Hire.

Evening Parties

We are unfortunately unable to accommodate evening party bookings.

We apologies for any inconvenience this may cause.

All bookings are subject to our cancellations policy.

All requests for cancellations should be made in writing via email to us at BrackenwoodCA@gmail.com and acknowledged by us.

28 days or more notice = Full Refund

14-27 days notice = 50% Refund

0 - 13 days notice = No Refund
